Cocooning in Covid-19 Time

I hope this post finds you healthy and at peace.

I've had a song in my head the last few days, by R.E.M.: The End Of The World As We Know It.

This is truly a time of incredible challenge. And, it may be the end of the world as we've known it. In some ways, that can be a good thing. So much about the world as we knew it a month ago wasn't working.

There's been way to much divisiveness and frenzy for too long. And so many had been living with sadness just under the surface, walking through the busy-ness of life with no sense of purpose or fulfillment. Too many have felt alone and unloved.

Perhaps this can be a time of change. Opportunities for large-scale change have come before. And, they'll probably come again, until the opportunity is taken.

Imagine the world as you'd like to know it. What does the next step look like? What will your contribution to change look like? How will you participate differently in life after this time is over?

Perhaps you'll be more kind, to others as well as yourself. Perhaps you will finally drop the self judgment and let yourself be who you are. Maybe you'll move slower through your day, and not get caught up in the millions of useless tidbits vying for your precious time and attention

Imagine how these shifts would ripple out into your relationships, experiences, and manifestations. What else?

As you quarantine, let it be a cocoon. Prepare to emerge as the butterfly you are.
